Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Jokifi market analytics platform (the "Service") you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the Service.
Description of service
Jokifi aggregates publicly available metrics from trading platforms and presents them through an analytics dashboard, including but not limited to:
- Real-time uptime and incident tracking
- Volume, liquidity and order-book depth analytics
- Trust Index scoring and historical comparisons
- Programmatic API access for integrators
- Security incident alerts
User eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
Account & security
4.1 Account creation
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, keep that information up to date and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
4.2 Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, compromise the integrity of the Service, or remain inactive for extended periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe any intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful content
- Scrape, mirror or repackage Jokifi data without written consent
- Attempt to compromise system security or other users
Data & intellectual property
All content, scoring methodology and software made available through the Service is the property of Jokifi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
No financial advice
Jokifi does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. All metrics and rankings are informational. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on data presented through the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jokifi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service and become effective on the date listed at the top of this page.
